1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS 1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) of Woskeen s.r.o., registered office at Rohanské nábřeží 657/7, Karlín, 186 00 Praha, ID (IČO): 23106042, represented by Natalia Elizbaryan (hereinafter “Seller”), govern the mutual rights and obligations arising from the purchase agreement concluded via the online store at woskeen.com. 1.2. The relationship is governed by Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT 2.1. The presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes. The purchase agreement is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation of the Buyer’s order via email. 2.2. The Buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means for concluding the contract.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENTS 3.1. Prices are inclusive of VAT and all related fees. 3.2. Payment methods: Online credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods integrated into the checkout. 3.3. In case of non-cash payment, the price is payable within 7 days of the contract.

4. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT 4.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason (§ 1829 of the Civil Code). 4.2. 5. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS 5.1. The Seller is responsible for ensuring the goods are free of defects upon receipt. 5.2. The statutory warranty period for consumers is 24 months.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS 6.1. All disputes shall be settled by the Czech courts or via the Czech Trade Inspection (ADR) at adr.coi.cz.
